Brief History:

Established in 2022 under the Faculty of Science and Technology at KaziNazrul University, the centre aims to leverage cutting-edge technologies to address real-world challenges. With a strong foundation in research and innovation, the centre strives to become a catalyst for growth and development in the region. The centre is actively engaged in various research projects, exploring the potential of IoT and AI in transforming education, industry, and agriculture. By fostering collaboration among faculty members, students, and stakeholders, the centre promotes knowledge sharing, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

To emerge as a leading research hub, fostering innovation and excellence in IoT and AI applications across education, industry, and agriculture, and contributing to societal development.


Mission:

To create a collaborative ecosystem for multidisciplinary research, development, and deployment of IoT and AI solutions, enhancing knowledge, productivity, and sustainability in diverse domains.

Existing Facilities:

The centre has access to the following existing facilities and resources:
1. High-Performance Computing (HPC): Utilizable for machine learning algorithm development and data analysis.
2. IoT Sensors: Available for data collection, reducing the need for new sensor procurement.
3. Sensor Calibration Unit: Ensures accuracy and reliability of IoT sensor data.
4. Data Storage and Management: Existing infrastructure can store and manage large datasets generated by IoT sensors.
